Which kind of material is used for breast augmentation?

Such operations could be held only after the breasts have completed their developmental process. It is enough to be over 16 years of age.

Is it possible to breastfeed after such operations?
There will be no problems as to pregnancy, childbearing, and breastfeeding since the connection of breasts with milk channels are not cut during breast reduction operations.
